We recommend professional window cleaning at least 4 times a year for homes & businesses to maintain clarity and prevent grime buildup. For areas closer to the ocean or construction etc, monthly or bi-monthly is mostly preferred by our customers

Q. What cleaning products do you use?

Our team employs premium cleaning products manufactured by the industry leader, XO2, (Burleigh, QLD). These are rigorously tested and scientifically proven to be effective and friendly.

Q. Do I need to be present during the cleaning process?

While the choice is entirely yours, for increased safety and more efficient cleaning, we recommend customers to be either away or minimally present during the cleaning process.

Q. How is the cleaning service quoted?

We aim to schedule a convenient time to meet with you and conduct an on-site consultation, this is so we can assess the specifics of your cleaning request & provide you with the most accurate & competitive quote.

Q. What happens if there is damage during the cleaning?

We take every precaution to avoid accidents, we understand that mishaps can occur. In the rare event of damage, please inform us within 4 hours, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Q. Do you have insurance cover?

Yes, we are fully insured for glass & service cover under the terms & condition of our Australian public liability provider

Q. What is your payment process & terms

Payment Terms: One-Off Service: Deposit & Full payment due before service commencement. Recurring Services: payment by direct debit

Payment Methods: We accept debit/credit cards (Stripe) EFT Bank transfer, and direct debit. (Transaction fees may apply)

Yes we do! We offer a range of packages that are either monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly contract plans, these provide better pricings discounts and added offers, for committing to regular schedule cleans.
